This is a high-impact frontline sales leadership role managing 40–50 D2C sales agents and Team Leads in a fast-paced BPO environment. You'll own the numbers — conversion, revenue, productivity, attrition — while coaching your team through daily performance gaps and process changes. If you've scaled D2C sales teams in edtech, fintech, or e-commerce and know how to turn underperforming floors into revenue engines, this is your arena.

What We're Really Looking For
This person leads with empathy and knowledge-sharing, investing time in developing agents and Team Leads rather than micromanaging. But they're also operationally sharp — they know how to read a dashboard, spot a trend, and course-correct before the week is lost. They're the manager who sits with a struggling agent for 20 minutes in the morning, then runs a tight performance review in the afternoon. They thrive on building people and hitting numbers in parallel.
- Bias toward action in ambiguity — D2C sales floors shift constantly — campaigns, scripts, incentives, product positioning. Waiting for perfect clarity kills momentum. You need someone who makes the best call with 70% of the info and iterates.
- Comfort with high-frequency feedback — With 40–50 agents, this person will give corrective feedback multiple times a day. If they avoid conflict or sugarcoat too much, underperformance festers and conversion stays flat.
- Intrinsic motivation to teach — You explicitly want someone who *enjoys* coaching and knowledge transfer. If they see training as a chore, they'll delegate it or phone it in, and ramp-up/productivity gains won't materialize.
Why Join Us
We promote fast and on merit, not tenure — several of our Assistant Managers have jumped two levels in under 18 months. You won't be stuck in a rigid hierarchy or fighting for budget approvals; if you deliver results, we give you more runway. We're building something unconventional here, and we need people who can move with us, not against us. If you want to lead, learn, and grow without the corporate theatre, this is the place.
