This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of Neeman's customer promise — you'll spend half your day validating deliveries and managing order exceptions, and the other half on customer calls ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's comfort-first ethos. You'll work across logistics, warehouse, and support teams to solve real-time issues, maintain SLA discipline, and keep the customer experience seamless as the company scales toward 100 stores.

What We're Really Looking For
This role demands someone who thrives on execution precision and process discipline (The Operator) while maintaining empathy and collaboration across internal teams and customers (The Diplomat). Day-to-day, you're the person who keeps the gears turning — validating 30 deliveries before lunch, coordinating with warehouse on a pickup delay, calming a frustrated customer, and still catching a data discrepancy that would've slipped through. You don't just follow SOPs; you live them, and you know when to escalate vs. when to solve.
- Exception-handling composure — 90% of this role is smooth ops, but the 10% edge cases (wrong address, missing package, irate customer) are where brand loyalty is won or lost — and where most hires crack under pressure.
- SLA discipline without clock-watching — High performers hit TAT targets naturally because they've internalized prioritization — they're fast because they're efficient, not because they're rushing and making errors.
- Process improvement instinct — Neeman's culture celebrates ownership and challenging norms — the best operators don't just execute SOPs, they notice when a step is redundant or a tool is slowing them down, and they speak up.
Why Join Us
Neeman's is a $22.6M-funded sustainable footwear brand that's actually walking the talk — from reclaimed tyres to Merino wool, every material choice is intentional. This isn't a faceless BPO gig; you're joining a 250-person team where the founders still show up to campaign brainstorms, where your ops insight can influence product decisions, and where 90% 5-star ratings aren't marketing fluff — they're the standard you'll help maintain. You'll get exposure to the full business engine (supply chain, marketing, product) in a way no corporate training program can replicate, plus half-yearly reviews, clear OKRs, and a culture that celebrates ownership over hierarchy. If you want to learn how a fast-growing brand actually works from the inside, this is your masterclass.
