This is a high-intensity outbound telesales role in the debt settlement space — you'll be helping customers with unsecured loan burdens negotiate settlements with banks. Expect 200–250 calls daily, 5 conversions minimum, and real pressure to perform. It's not a coasting gig, but if you can handle rejection, stay resilient, and close deals while genuinely helping people, this is where grit pays off.

What We're Really Looking For
You're primarily a Closer — you thrive on hitting numbers, converting leads, and winning deals under pressure. But you blend that with Diplomat instincts: you know when to slow down, listen deeply to a struggling customer's story, and frame the settlement plan as genuine help rather than a hard sell. You're not just a volume dialer — you're someone who can pivot from empathy to assertiveness in the same call, close ethically, and still sleep well at night because you actually solved a problem.
- Rejection resilience (emotional recovery speed) — With 200–250 daily calls and a ~2% conversion rate, you'll hear 'no' or worse 190+ times a day. Top performers bounce back within seconds, not minutes — they don't internalize rejection or let one bad call poison the next 10.
- Ethical edge (comfort operating in gray zones) — Debt settlement lives in a morally ambiguous space — you're helping people, but also selling a paid service to financially distressed individuals. Top performers can sell hard without guilt-tripping or overselling, and stay compliant without becoming robotic.
- Tactical empathy (listening to close, not just to comfort) — You need to extract real pain points (fear of legal action, harassment from collectors, credit score damage) and use them to position the settlement plan as urgent relief — not just sympathize and move on. Listening serves the close.
