This is a high-velocity inside sales role for someone who wants to learn consultative selling in a premium fragrance brand — without the usual 2-year wait to prove yourself. You'll handle 150–250 customer interactions daily, recommend perfumes based on preferences, and convert enquiries into sales. Expect full throttle from week one: 15 successful sales per day is the standard, and top performers move to Subject Matter Expert in 3 months.

What We're Really Looking For
This role suits someone who gets a dopamine hit from the win itself — not just the commission, but the scoreboard going up. You're a Closer who loves the rhythm of pitch-handle-close, pitch-handle-close, and treats 15 sales/day like a video game high score. The Operator side shows up in your discipline: you log every call, follow the process, show up on time, and don't let a bad hour wreck the rest of your shift. You're not here to reinvent sales — you're here to execute it better than everyone else on the floor.
- Rejection resilience with a short emotional reset window — At 150–250 calls/day with a ~6–10% conversion rate, you'll hear 'no' 130+ times daily. Top performers don't internalize rejection — they treat it as noise and move to the next call in under 10 seconds. Burnout happens when someone carries the last 'no' into the next pitch.
- Intrinsic scoreboard motivation (self-competitive drive) — Extrinsically motivated people need manager check-ins or peer pressure to perform. In a 150-call grind, you need someone who checks their own dashboard obsessively and gets irritated when they're behind their own pace — not the team's. That's the difference between hitting 15 sales because you're told to vs. because you won't let yourself leave at 14.
- Process compliance under autonomy (discipline without supervision) — The no-phone policy, CRM logging, and shift punctuality are non-negotiable — but managers can't babysit 150 calls/day. You need someone who follows the rules because they respect the system, not because they're being watched. Compliance violations are the #2 cause of attrition here.
Why Join Us
Most BPO sales roles park you in a script for a year before anyone notices your hustle. Here, if you consistently hit targets and show ownership, you're on the SME track in 90 days — leading coaching sessions, shaping process, earning more. You're selling a product people actually want (premium fragrances, not insurance cold calls), to a GenZ customer base where your energy and objection-handling matter as much as your pitch. The team vibe is strong, the learning curve is steep, and the growth path is transparent. If you're self-driven and love the dopamine hit of closing deals, this beats another faceless call center job.
Qualifications
Must have
- ◆Minimum 12th Pass (no degree required)
- ◆Fluent spoken English with confidence to handle objections and build rapport with GenZ customers
- ◆Self-motivated, target-driven mindset — you don't need external pressure to push for results
- ◆Ability to start at full capacity from week one (no long ramp-up period)
- ◆Willingness to adhere strictly to compliance, shift timing (10 AM–7 PM), and workplace discipline (no phone on floor, punctuality non-negotiable)
Preferred
- ◆Previous experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Retail Sales, or BPO Sales (but freshers genuinely welcome)
- ◆Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools
- ◆Passion for beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer products
Technical Skills
Must have
- ◆Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred, must handle objections confidently)

- ◆Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency for CRM entry and call logging
- ◆Objection-handling and negotiation skills in a live call environment
- ◆Ability to explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions without script dependence
- ◆Cross-selling and upselling tactics to maximize average order value
Optional
- ◆Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- ◆Knowledge of fragrance notes, premium brands, or luxury consumer goods
- ◆Prior experience managing daily sales targets in a metrics-driven environment
Who You Are
- ◆Thrives under daily performance pressure (15 sales/day is non-negotiable, not aspirational)
- ◆Intrinsically competitive — motivated by leaderboards, personal bests, and beating yesterday's numbers
- ◆Comfortable with high-volume repetition (150–250 interactions/day) without losing energy or quality
- ◆Coachable and implements feedback immediately (weekly coaching sessions are part of the rhythm)
- ◆Resilient to rejection and compliance friction (strict no-phone policy, punctuality, process adherence)
- ◆Confident influencer who can read customer tone and adapt pitch in real-time for GenZ buyers
- ◆Strong ownership mentality — treats every missed target as a personal challenge, not a system failure
- ◆Positive, energetic presence that translates over the phone (customers buy the vibe as much as the product)
