You'll dissect financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to uncover trends, flag variances, and support business decisions. This is detail-intensive work — one misread ratio or missed reconciliation item can ripple into flawed insights. You'll work with raw data from ERP systems, build models in Excel, and present findings to senior finance and business leaders.

Technical Skills
Must have
- ◆Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals: double-entry, accrual vs. cash basis, matching principle
- ◆Proficiency in reading and interpreting all three core financial statements and their interlinks
- ◆Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data validation
- ◆Understanding of financial ratios (liquidity, leverage, profitability, efficiency) and their implications
- ◆Attention to detail and ability to spot errors in large datasets
- ◆Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar) for data extraction
