We're looking for a battle-tested finance operator who can own the entire accounting function — from GST filings and audit coordination to cash flow management and team leadership. This isn't a pure oversight role; you'll be hands-on in Tally and Excel while also building and supervising a team. You'll be the person ensuring every rupee is accounted for, every deadline is met, and every statutory requirement is bulletproof.

What We're Really Looking For
This person is the steady hand on the wheel — they thrive on creating order from chaos, building bulletproof systems, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. The Operator side means they're execution-focused, detail-obsessed, and get satisfaction from closing books perfectly on time. The Guardian element means they're protective of the company's financial integrity, risk-aware, and won't cut corners even under pressure. Day-to-day, they're the person who sleeps well knowing every reconciliation is done, every compliance box is ticked, and the team knows exactly what's expected.
- Proactive escalation instinct — Finance leaders who wait until a compliance deadline is missed or a reconciliation gap becomes a crisis cost companies penalties and reputation damage. The best ones flag issues early and loudly.
- Systems-building DNA — Someone who just maintains existing processes will keep the lights on but won't scale with the business. You need someone who thinks in repeatable workflows, documentation, and automation even in manual-heavy environments like Tally.
- Graceful assertiveness with authority figures — This person will regularly interact with auditors, tax officers, and senior leadership. If they're too passive, compliance issues get glossed over. If they're too aggressive, relationships break down. The best ones are respectfully firm.
Why Join Us
This is a high-autonomy role where you'll independently run the finance function end-to-end — no micromanagement, no endless approvals. You'll have the authority to shape processes, build systems, and lead a team your way. If you've been stuck in a rigid corporate structure where you execute but don't own, this is your chance to be the finance anchor of a growing business. You'll work directly with leadership, have real impact on business decisions, and build something sustainable rather than just maintaining someone else's legacy systems.
