1. What we collect
Name, email, phone number, CV content, screening responses (text, audio, video transcripts), and usage data such as page visits and application activity.
2. How we use it
Candidate–role matching, AI screening scoring, personalising recommendations, and improving the platform.
3. What we do NOT do
We do not sell your data. CV content is used only to pre-fill your profile and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
4. Screening data
Retained in anonymised form for platform improvement. Individual screening transcripts are visible to the hiring employer for the role you applied to.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@bookmyinterview.ai.
6. Data protection
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), India.
7. Analytics, session recordings, and advertising tools
We use analytics identifiers to understand and improve the application experience. On some pages we also record anonymised session replays and click-heatmaps (for example via Microsoft Clarity). Sensitive fields — including email, verification code, phone number, CV, and personal details — are masked before any recording is captured.
We use advertising and measurement tools (for example, the Meta Pixel) that may set cookies and identifiers to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to help match our recruiting messages to the right audience. You can control advertising cookies through your browser settings and via the ad-preference controls of the relevant platform.
