2. Candidate obligations
Provide honest and accurate information. Screening responses must reflect your own genuine answers.
3. Platform rights
BookMyInterview.ai may remove any listing that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates these terms without notice.
4. AI disclaimer
Screening scores generated by our AI are advisory in nature and are one input into hiring decisions. They do not constitute a final employment decision and must not be used as the sole basis for rejection or selection.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
